Some Dwarf generation fixes

- Make abbrev offset absolute on Non-Mac systems
- Add another termination byte at the end of the abbrev section
  (readelf complains)
- Scope combination was wrong for the simpler cases
- Shouldn't have a "global/" in front of all scopes
