This moves all URL references to Trac Wiki to their corresponding GitLab counterparts. This substitution is classified as follows: 1. # copied there during the creation of the sdist by a rule in

# building from sdist and 2) the sdist creation process renamed Lexer.x to
# Lexer.x.source. So normally make would now choose the second rule: Lexer.o
