Fixes #79

This field was added to `Breakpoint` in ghc!10448.

This is a quick-and-dirty patch to `singletons-th` (as well as
`singletons-base`, which depends on it) to make it compile without arity
inference. I'm not 100% convinced that everything is fully correct here, but
it's enough to get `singletons-base` to compile.

This job wasn't updated in !282 and has been broken ever since.

GHC commit fbe3fe003ac8d4a06 changed the type CodeBuffers
to an unboxed tuple.

Sadly, `sbv` uses `head` and `tail` in so many places that it would be it be a
major undertaking to expunge them all. For now, I've opted to simply accept the
warning.

This change was brought on by ghc!8686.
