Named field wild-cards for Haskell 2011

I'd like to propose that we add named field wild-cards to Haskell 2011.

Implementation: This feature is implemented in GHC with flag -XRecordWildCards.

Documentation: The feature is documented in Section 7.3.16 of the GHC User's Manual.
