The testsuite output now contains diagnostic codes, so many tests need
to be updated at once.
We decided it was best to keep the diagnostic codes in the testsuite
output, so that contributors don't inadvertently make changes to the
diagnostic codes.

Test T2632 is a stage1 test that failed because of the Q => Quote change.

The remaining tests did not use quotation and failed when the path
contained a space.

This moves all URL references to Trac tickets to their corresponding
GitLab counterparts.

I had meant to do this before merging but forgot.

* Move T2632 to the tests/stage1 directory (#10382).
